KORN in studio

KoRn singer Jonathan Davis, bassist Fieldy, guitarist Munky and drummer Ray Luzier have been working together in Fieldy’s basement studio in Laguna Hills, CA coming up with a bunch of material for a new record, as well as an album of cover songs. The group is working with original KoRn producer Ross Robinson, which is bringing them back to their roots.

The band has also been practicing a diverse array of cover songs such as Nine Inch Nails’ “Head Like A Hole,” Faith No More’s “We Care a Lot” and the Psychedelic Furs’ “Love My Way.” They will be part of the separate covers album, but it is uncertain when that project will be ready for release. For now, the band is just looking forward to getting back on the road.
